1. Oversee the daily operations of the Sephora corner at ECI Elche.
2. Lead and manage a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of store presentation.
4. Implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and expansion.
5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience managing teams.
2. Proven track record in retail or cosmetics sector.
3. Strong understanding of sales KPIs and results-oriented mindset.
