Sephora Corner Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Record sick notes and organize training courses for team members.
- Implement floor management and act as a role model in embodying Sephora's values.
- Take full responsibility for achieving monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
- Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
- Ensure impeccable visual merchandising standards and timely implementation of updates.
- Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal stakeholders.
- Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate feedback to improve service quality.
- Create staff schedules and coordinate daily staff deployment on the sales floor.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal availability of goods.
- Prepare for the opening and closing of the corner and ensure compliance with Sephora audit rules.
- Participate in retail projects and foster relationships with partners and landlords.
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Analytical and commercial working methods.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Proficiency in English and native language of the country.
Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, preferably within the beauty sector, with previous management and team leadership experience.
Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
