1. Assume comprehensive operational responsibility for all processes within the Free Standing Store.
2. Develop action plans to enhance sales and customer traffic.
3. Plan personnel schedules, develop and motivate the team to deliver exemplary customer service.
4. Advance and implement the commercial strategy considering the local environment and competition.
5. Utilize trends and metrics to meet budget and target objectives, organizing sales activities accordingly.
6. Maintain an attractive and trendy sales floor in line with international standards and guidelines.
7. Ensure high-quality customer service and foster customer loyalty, serving as a role model for employees.

1. Completed education with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in various sales and leadership principles with the ability to implement them.
3. Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a hands-on approach.
4. Creativity in exploring new sales avenues to boost revenue.
5. Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
6. Stylish, well-groomed, and fashion-conscious appearance.
7. Willingness to commute weekly between Chur and Pfäffikon.
