- Assume comprehensive operational responsibility for all processes within the Free Standing Store.
- Develop action plans to enhance sales and customer traffic.
- Plan personnel schedules, develop and motivate the team to deliver exemplary customer service.
- Advance and implement the commercial strategy considering the local environment and competition.
- Utilize trends and metrics to meet budget and target objectives, organizing sales activities accordingly.
- Maintain an attractive and trendy sales floor in line with international standards and guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and foster customer loyalty, serving as a role model for employees.
- Completed education with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in various sales and leadership principles with the ability to implement them.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Creativity in exploring new sales avenues to boost revenue.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English.
- Stylish, well-groomed, and fashion-conscious appearance.
- Willingness to commute weekly between Chur and Pfäffikon.
- Leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective communication abilities.
- Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a comparable role is required.
Completed education is required.
