1. Lead and manage the corner store, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Foster a dynamic and engaging environment for both customers and team members.
4. Oversee inventory management and ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
5. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and career growth.

1. Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
2. Experience in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.
4. Valuable proficiency in English and/or other languages.

At least 1 year of experience in team management within the retail sector, with a preference for cosmetics.
