Sephora Corner Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Record and manage sick notes for team members.
- Induct new employees and organize training courses.
- Implement floor management and act as a role model for Sephora's values.
- Take responsibility for recruitment and recruitment strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
- Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards and timely updates.
- Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
- Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate feedback to improve service.
- Create staff schedules and coordinate employees on the store floor.
- Manage inventory to ensure optimum availability of goods.
- Prepare for the opening and closing of the corner and ensure compliance with Sephora Audit rules.
- Participate in retail projects with Area Managers and foster relationships with partners and landlords.
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an emphatic management style.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and delegation abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to inspire others.
- Structured work ethic.
- Analytical and commercial working methods.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Good knowledge of English and native language of the country.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for the beauty sector, including management and team leadership experience.
Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
