Sephora Corner Manager

1. Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
2. Record and manage sick notes for team members.
3. Induct new employees and organize training courses.
4. Implement floor management and act as a role model for Sephora's values.
5. Take responsibility for recruitment and recruitment strategies.
6. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including year-on-year sales growth.
7. Analyze retail key figures and derive sales activities to enhance store performance.
8. Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards and timely updates.
9. Create and communicate recaps and reports to internal interfaces.
10. Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate feedback to improve service.
11. Create staff schedules and coordinate employees on the store floor.
12. Manage inventory to ensure optimum availability of goods.
13. Prepare for the opening and closing of the corner and ensure compliance with Sephora Audit rules.
14. Participate in retail projects with Area Managers and foster relationships with partners and landlords.

1. Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
2. At least 3-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
3. Previous management and team leadership experience with an emphatic management style.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for the beauty sector, including management and team leadership experience.
