1. Bachelor's degree or completed vocational training in Beauty, Cosmetics, Retail, Fashion, or Hospitality.
2. Minimum of two years of leadership experience.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and business management skills.
4. Passion for beauty products.

1. High social intelligence and communication skills.
2. Ability to conduct brief conversations in English.

A minimum of two years of leadership experience in a related field is required.
