1. Participate in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
2. Analyze actual financial results versus budget and identify variances.
3. Contribute to the preparation of financial and operational performance reports.
4. Monitor and analyze operating costs, overhead, and profitability.
5. Contribute to the automation and optimization of reporting and analysis processes using Excel and BI tools.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure reliable forecasts and cost follow-up.
7. Prepare presentations with financial insights and recommendations.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

1. Solid understanding of financial KPIs, cost analysis, and basic accounting principles.
2. Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate financial information clearly.
3. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas, preferably macros.
4. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
5. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
6. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.

2 to 3 years of experience in financial controlling, corporate finance, or financial analysis. Experience in retail and multinational companies is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
