1. Lead the forecasting processes and management closing process.
2. Manage and develop the controlling team.
3. Analyze and monitor actual performances and related budget variances.
4. Conduct sales promotions analysis and P&L control.
5. Serve as the corporate reference for any management issues.
6. Evaluate store openings and remodeling projects.
7. Act as a business partner for other departments, supporting them in management issues.
8. Monitor capital expenditures (Capex).
9. Contribute to spreading the finance culture within the organization.

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
2. 7+ years of controlling experience, including team leadership.
3. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

1. Proven experience in managing forecasting, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
2. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong business acumen and ability to act as a strategic business partner.

A minimum of 7 years in controlling, with demonstrated team leadership experience.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
