Sephora Content Producer

- Oversee all production and post-production processes for hair and fragrance marketing campaigns, including scoping, scheduling, casting, and final billing.
- Manage detailed production schedules and coordinate updates with third-party vendors and creative partners.
- Lead pre-production meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams for photo and video shoots.
- Negotiate and secure creative talent and production partners.
- Resolve production challenges with innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business Affairs team to secure usage rights and execute contracts.
- Manage on-set production to ensure alignment with creative vision.
- Oversee multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- Coordinate logistics for studios, locations, crew, and travel arrangements.
- Manage model castings, including negotiations and contract oversight.
- Collaborate directly with creative leads and implement feedback during shoots.
- Estimate, track, and manage budgets through to project completion.
- Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Sharepoint, and Figma for project management.
- 5+ years of experience in content production and post-production.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Strong budget management and financial acumen.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across various disciplines.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A minimum of 5 years in content production and post-production, with a focus on marketing campaigns.
The annual base salary range for this position is $105,570.00 - $117,990.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
