Sephora Construction Project Manager

- Oversee construction programs to ensure timely delivery and adherence to design objectives.
- Review and approve drawing submissions and monitor contractor progress reports.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and the retail team to ensure alignment with design intent.
- Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections, developing snag lists to document and resolve defects.
- Collaborate with the central design team to enhance technical details and materials for store designs.
- Prepare and draw project feasibility studies, both financial and technical.
- Create and share project programs with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure reporting on various project stages to stakeholders.
- Regularly visit store sites to identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Seek out local partners in accordance with the LVMH Code of Conduct and launch calls for tender following the Sephora Purchasing Charter.
- Develop store sustainability in line with the LVMH Life in Architecture charter.
- Ensure project budgets are respected and transition projects into maintenance mode.
- Serve as the interface between local teams and Sephora's central management.
- Travel abroad to visit store sites, meet suppliers, vendors, and local teams.
- Degree in civil engineering, construction, or architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a retail construction role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget.
- Creative problem-solving skills for complex issues.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Autocad.
- Familiarity with Photoshop and Sketch Up is advantageous.
