1. Develop detailed construction schedules and ensure adherence.
2. Coordinate activities of contractors and subcontractors on-site.
3. Supervise and manage project budgets.
4. Ensure construction complies with plans, technical specifications, and local regulations.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical or logistical issues.
6. Ensure quality finishes and installation of commercial furnishings.
7. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to integrate all project aspects.
8. Negotiate with suppliers and track material deliveries.
9. Act as the main contact between the client and construction teams.
10. Supervise compliance with safety and health regulations.
11. Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
12. Coordinate final inspections and project handover to the client.
13. Document progress and prepare periodic project status reports.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project
