1. Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
2. Coordinate activities of contractors and subcontractors on-site.
3. Oversee and manage project budgets.
4. Ensure compliance with plans, technical specifications, and local regulations.
5. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address technical or logistical issues.
6. Ensure quality finishes and installation of commercial furnishings.
7. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to integrate all project aspects.
8. Negotiate with suppliers and track material deliveries.
9. Serve as the primary contact between clients and construction teams.
10. Supervise compliance with safety and health regulations.
11. Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
12. Coordinate final inspections and client handover processes.
13. Document progress and prepare periodic project status reports.

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project
2. Strong leadership and team management capabilities
3. Problem-solving and decision-making skills
4. Effective communication and negotiation abilities
5. Flexibility to travel and work non-standard hours

2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles, particularly in commercial spaces or retail environments.
