Responsibilities
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and propose necessary adjustments.
- Participate in the delivery of the Mercer job and salary survey.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with market practices and current legislation.
- Analyze performance evaluation results to identify compensation adjustment needs.
- Produce management reports and performance indicators related to compensation and benefits.
- Conduct feasibility studies for the implementation of new benefits programs.
- Perform financial forecasts for the HR department, considering factors such as company growth, staff turnover, and changes in compensation and benefits policies.
- Implement tools and systems to improve financial management of the HR department.
Qualifications
- Experience in Compensation and Benefits in multinational companies with budget management (P&B and HR) alongside FP&A.
- Presentation of Indicators.
- Strategic Benefits Management.
- Experience with Mercer Methodology for job evaluation and TRS survey (Mandatory).
- Participation in the implementation of projects in the Compensation and Benefits area.

- Advanced English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
