1. Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and propose necessary adjustments.
2. Participate in the delivery of the Mercer job and salary survey.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with market practices and current legislation.
4. Analyze performance evaluation results to identify compensation adjustment needs.
5. Produce management reports and performance indicators related to compensation and benefits.
6. Conduct feasibility studies for the implementation of new benefits programs.
7. Perform financial forecasting for the HR department, considering factors such as company growth, staff turnover, and changes in compensation and benefits policies.
8. Implement tools and systems to enhance financial management within the HR department.

1. Experience in Compensation and Benefits within multinational companies, including budget management (P&B and HR) alongside FP&A.
2. Proficiency in presenting performance indicators.
3. Strategic management of benefits.
4. Experience with Mercer methodology for job evaluation and TRS survey (Mandatory).
5. Participation in the implementation of projects in the Compensation and Benefits area.
6. Advanced English proficiency.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Analytical and strategic thinking.
3. Strong communication and presentation skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience in compensation and benefits management within multinational corporations, with a focus on budgetary control and strategic benefits management.
