1. Ensure the integrity and completeness of employee records, safeguarding them according to best documentation practices.
2. Execute necessary updates to employee benefits, including health insurance, life insurance, and wellness programs.
3. Maintain the company's organizational chart, reflecting changes in structure and roles.
4. Manage and update records related to assigned vehicle benefits, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
5. Provide necessary data for salary and benefits surveys to support competitive compensation packages.
6. Collaborate in managing the Human Resources budget and preparing purchase orders.
7. Verify and ensure accurate extraction of personnel incidents from the KRONOS system for payroll accuracy.
8. Support the maintenance of the My Sephora Career database, aligning with global standards and processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Actuarial Science

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
2. Knowledge of HR information and management systems
3. Fluency in English

6 months to 1 year of relevant experience is required.
