Sephora Client Experience Team Lead

- Supervise all activities within assigned Sephora sales-floor 'world(s)' (e.g., beauty, skincare, fragrance, hair), ensuring consistent execution of the Sephora sales model.
- Coach and develop sales-floor team members to deliver exceptional customer service and meet or exceed store sales targets.
- Monitor and respond promptly to customer feedback related to the assigned world, ensuring resolution and follow-up where required.
- Ensure team proficiency with client-facing technologies and tools; coordinate training to embed new interaction platforms and digital solutions.
- Support the planning and execution of in-store events to drive engagement, traffic and sales objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and one-on-one check-ins with direct reports; address performance issues and implement development plans.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen by identifying revenue opportunities and contributing to local merchandising and staffing decisions.
- Minimum three years of retail leadership experience in a comparable high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain retail talent and to build high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule including weekends and supporting in-store events.

Minimum three years of frontline retail supervisory or team-lead experience in a comparable high-volume environment, preferably within beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail. Demonstrated track record of building teams, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, cosmetology or a related field is an asset.
