Sephora Client Experience Manager

- Oversee the success of the sales floor, known as the 'Stage', by coaching and developing a team of Stage Experience Leads and Beauty Advisors.
- Execute training for all new and existing Beauty Advisors, including orientation and selling model training sessions.
- Respond promptly to client feedback, addressing issues and comments from various feedback tools and direct interactions.
- Manage all in-store events with the Beauty Services team, ensuring they are planned and staffed appropriately.
- Assist the Operations team in maintaining merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals in line with company standards.
- Ensure effective engagement with store brands and provide feedback on brand training effectiveness.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven track record of motivating and coaching a team to achieve company expectations and goals.
- Strong managerial courage to handle difficult conversations and maintain composure.
- Ability to create high-performing teams and identify in-store talent for development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
