Sephora Client Experience Manager

- Oversee the management of all services, classes, and events within the store.
- Supervise daily operations at the Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio.
- Ensure Beauty Advisors utilize technology innovations to enhance the in-store experience.
- Manage the Online Reservation system, ensuring efficient client check-in processes.
- Coordinate in-store events, optimizing client learning and sales opportunities.
- Facilitate training and development for Beauty Advisors, enhancing their artistry skills.
- Participate in performance management and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Act as Manager on Duty, engaging with clients and Beauty Advisors on the sales floor.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to influence business partners and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated skill in building and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in managing client experiences and service operations.
Two to four years in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience.
The compensation ranges between CAD$54,800.00 - CAD$68,500.00, with potential performance-based bonuses.
