- Oversee all aspects of client experience and services within the store, including classes and events.
- Manage daily operations at the Beauty, Skin, and Fragrance Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained.
- Ensure beauty advisors are leveraging technology innovations to enhance client experiences.
- Manage the online reservation system for services, ensuring efficient client check-in and adequate staffing.
- Execute training programs for new hires and existing team members, including orientation and selling model sessions.
- Support visual merchandising efforts, maintaining company standards for sales floor visuals and organization.
- Facilitate vendor management by ensuring effective engagement and training from brand representatives.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to create and develop high-performing teams.
