Sephora Client Experience & Beauty Services Manager

- Lead and manage the sales floor and Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio teams to ensure exceptional client service.
- Conduct training and development sessions for Beauty Advisors, including new hires and existing team members.
- Oversee the development and certification processes to enhance artistry skills.
- Manage the Services online reservation system and ensure efficient client flow and check-in processes.
- Assist in visual merchandising to align with company standards and maintain an organized sales floor.
- Engage with store brands and ensure effective training and coaching by brand representatives.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet company expectations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in generating business or executing community events.
- Strong managerial courage and composure in challenging situations.

2-4 years of management experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industries.
Compensation ranges between CAD$54,800 - CAD$68,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
