- Lead and manage the sales floor and Beauty, Skincare, and Fragrance Studio teams, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Conduct training sessions for Beauty Advisors, including new hires and existing team members, to enhance their artistry skills and product knowledge.
- Oversee the development and certification processes for team members, fostering opportunities for professional growth.
- Manage the Services online reservation system, ensuring efficient scheduling and staffing to maintain smooth client flow.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards and execute timely updates.
- Engage with store brands and ensure effective training and coaching of Beauty Advisors by brand representatives.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of management experience in the beauty, retail, or customer service industry.
- Proven track record of coaching teams to meet company expectations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in generating business or executing community-focused events.
- Strong managerial courage and ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
