Sephora Client Advisor Internship

As part of the LVMH Group, the Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza (IME) offers vocational training programs to cultivate the next generation of skilled professionals in craftsmanship, creation, and sales. This initiative collaborates with esteemed institutions like Università Ca’ Foscari Venezia to provide unparalleled educational experiences.

1. Participate in 1500 hours of comprehensive training, including 510 hours of lectures, 150 hours of personal study, and 840 hours of internship.
2. Engage in master classes organized by the Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH, focusing on sales excellence and customer experience in the luxury sector.
3. Complete an internship in one of the LVMH Maisons, such as Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, or Sephora.
4. Attend visits to stores and participate in discussions with sales experts within the LVMH Maisons.

1. Must have at least an Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.
2. Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (C1 level).
3. Sensitivity to luxury and customer service.
4. Basic knowledge of a third language (Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, or Arabic).

Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.

Participants will receive a first-level University Master's degree and gain practical experience through internships at prestigious LVMH Maisons.
