The Istituto dei Mestieri d’Eccellenza LVMH, established in 2014, is a vocational training initiative designed to impart the Group's expertise in craftsmanship, creation, and sales to emerging talents. This program is conducted in collaboration with esteemed educational institutions, providing participants with dual training from both academic and practical perspectives.

1. Participate in a comprehensive training program to develop expertise as a Client Advisor.
2. Engage in theoretical and practical learning modules, including lectures and personal studies.
3. Complete an internship within one of the LVMH Maisons, such as Bulgari, Christian Dior, Fendi, Loro Piana, Louis Vuitton, or Sephora.
4. Attend Master Classes focused on sales excellence and customer experience in the luxury sector.
5. Collaborate with sales experts and participate in store visits to gain practical insights.

1. Possession of at least an Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in Italian and English at C1 level.
3. Sensitivity to luxury and customer service.
4. Basic knowledge of a third language such as Mandarin, Russian, Japanese, Thai, Korean, or Arabic.

2. Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Keen understanding of luxury brand values and customer expectations.
4. Adaptability to dynamic retail environments.

No prior experience required, suitable for individuals at the beginning of their career journey.

Italian Laurea Triennale or equivalent.

Participants will receive a first-level University Master's degree and gain invaluable experience through a structured internship in a prestigious LVMH Maison.
