Sephora Category Specialist

1. Manage the process of introducing and registering new products
2. Create sales forecasts
3. Coordinate plans for new product launches
4. Prepare 360-degree brand support plans
5. Develop assortment recommendations for selected brands
6. Participate actively in dedicated cross-functional processes and projects
7. Monitor competitor activities, market, and trends
8. Prepare translations of promotional materials from English
9. Communicate with internal and external partners
10. Prepare presentations and reports
11. Provide ongoing support to the Category Manager

1. Higher education (preferred in economics, marketing, or management)

1. Fluent in English, both spoken and written
2. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
3. Analytical thinking skills
4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
5. Independence and attention to timeliness and quality of tasks
6. Openness to new ideas and proactivity
7. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes
8. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
9. Knowledge of the beauty market and SAP program is an advantage

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
