1. Support the Category Replenishment Manager in achieving key performance indicators for end-to-end inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
2. Assist in translating category merchandising strategies into actionable supply chain plans.
3. Coordinate omni-channel inventory management to ensure stock availability and operational efficiency.
4. Facilitate supplier collaboration to secure a resilient supply chain and mitigate risks.
5. Identify and execute initiatives for continuous improvement in operational efficiency and accuracy.
6. Provide visibility of key data and progress to cross-functional teams and build alignment.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or planning.
2. Experience with omni-channel retail models and basic knowledge of category inventory management.
3. Proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or automation tools is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
5. Proficient in written and oral English.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn and grow into an independent managerial role.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
