Sephora Category Manager

- Track and report omni-channel category performance against KPIs, including market, segment, margin, productivity, and brand conversion metrics.
- Execute and implement category strategies as defined in budget and strategic planning.
- Monitor and identify new trends, brands, and merchandising programs to optimize category growth.
- Negotiate and review trading terms, coordinating brand agreements and renewals.
- Develop annual brand plans, including product launch calendars and sales targets.
- Manage new product launch processes and liaise with departments to ensure successful execution.
- Plan and secure animation slots for brands, negotiating promotions and in-store activities.
- Monitor brand performance against sales and profitability benchmarks, conducting rationalization of brands and assortments.
- Coordinate launch plans for new brands and manage floorplan and store renovations.
- Ensure optimal stock management in collaboration with the supply chain, addressing high stockholding and discontinued SKUs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills
- Strong analytical skills and result-oriented mindset
- Flair for trends and style in the beauty industry
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
At least 8 years of account or brand management experience, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
