- Drive omni-channel category strategy based on market insights and Sephora dynamics.
- Define and implement strategies for assigned segments/brands to maximize sales performance and margin mix across online and offline channels.
- Manage brands effectively to balance sales and margins in alignment with total category strategy and channel needs.
- Deliver excellence in online and offline assortment through cross-channel synergy and differentiation.
- Identify new business opportunities, evaluate new brands/products, and execute successful launches with strong omni-marketing plans.
- Incubate exclusive brands within Sephora through comprehensive category and customer profile understanding and collaboration with marketing, training, and logistics teams.
- Enhance product online content and page management, engaging cross-functional teams and agencies for effective execution.
- Collaborate with Tmall and JD operation teams to drive effective category and brand promotions.
- Oversee brand visual merchandising development, POG space planning, and framework setting.
- Manage stock coverage, replenishment fill rate, and control depreciation rate.
- Plan and execute annual and quarterly brand animations for both online and offline channels.
- Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of sharing and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA and international experience preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in the domestic market.
- Over 3 years of experience in buying, brand management, or brand service, preferably in the cosmetics or perfume industry.
- Passion for the cosmetics industry and a strong sense of beauty and fashion.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, organization, and presentation skills.
- Strong marketing acumen.
- Proficient in data analysis and PowerPoint; excellent English skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

A minimum of 3 years in buying, brand management, or service for brands, with a strong preference for experience in the cosmetics or perfume industry.
