Sephora Category Manager

- Manage the brand portfolio to maximize sales while ensuring profitability and optimal inventory management.
- Develop flagship brands and ensure their successful expression both online and offline through exclusive concepts and plans.
- Analyze market trends and define Sephora's priorities to enhance brand attractiveness and differentiation in the haircare sector.
- Identify and recruit new brands to strengthen Sephora's position as a leading haircare destination.
- Effectively communicate strategy across 18 markets, ensuring clarity, persuasion, and successful execution of the brand portfolio.
- Drive innovation through new concepts to enhance offerings and optimize business levers such as Sephora Favorites and Minis & More.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in retail or digital marketing with a strong understanding of the haircare industry.
- University degree or equivalent from a business school.
- International profile with fluency in English.
- Organizational leadership and rigor
- Proactivity and action-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency
- Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
