Sephora Category Manager

- Manage the brand portfolio to maximize sales while ensuring profitability and effective inventory management.
- Develop flagship brands and ensure their successful expression both online and offline through exclusive Sephora concepts.
- Analyze market trends to set priorities and create differentiation in the haircare sector.
- Identify and recruit new brands to enhance Sephora's image as a premier haircare destination.
- Communicate strategy effectively across 18 markets, ensuring clarity and successful execution.
- Drive new concepts to enhance product offerings and optimize business levers such as Sephora Favorites and Minis & More.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in retail or digital marketing with a strong understanding of the haircare industry.
- University degree or business school education.
- International profile with fluency in English.
- Organizational leadership and rigor

- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency
