- Manage a portfolio of brands to maximize sales and ensure profitability through optimal inventory management and product assortment.
- Communicate strategic initiatives effectively across 21 markets, ensuring the successful execution of projects and product launches.
- Develop omni-channel brand strategies with unique concepts and plans.
- Optimize product assortments and monitor monthly budgets for all brands within the portfolio.
- Provide recommendations for product discontinuation and end-of-life management.
- Develop distribution strategies to enhance productivity and adapt to market trends.
- Participate in pricing and promotional strategies in collaboration with Revenue Growth Management.
- Forecast new product launches within the region.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance category visibility and performance.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the makeup industry.
- Fluent in English, with an international profile.
