Sephora Category Manager

- Develop and execute acceleration strategies for the brand portfolio to achieve revenue targets in the EME region.
- Manage the brand portfolio to maximize sales while ensuring profitability and effective inventory management.
- Implement omnichannel strategies and 'only at Sephora' concepts to enhance brand visibility.
- Communicate strategy effectively across 21 markets and ensure its proper execution.
- Optimize product assortments and monitor monthly budgets for all brands.
- Recommend product discontinuations and manage end-of-life processes.
- Coordinate pricing and promotional strategies with Revenue Growth Management.
- Forecast new product launches at the regional level.
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance category visibility and performance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing with a strong understanding of the category.
- Fluent in English with an international profile.
- Organizational leadership and rigor

- Analytical skills and numerical proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, retail, or digital marketing.
University or business school degree.
