- Define and implement the operational marketing strategy for the makeup category, encompassing assortment, merchandising, promotion, communication, and pricing.
- Manage a portfolio of brands across all distribution channels, analyzing brand performance, segments, and new product launches.
- Coordinate trade network plans, ensuring adherence to timelines and collaboration with internal teams such as EU teams, trade managers, and supply chain.
- Enhance digital visibility and manage web strategy execution in collaboration with internal departments like e-commerce, animation, and logistics.
- Develop and execute 360-degree launch plans for new products within the brand portfolio.
- Oversee promotional operations and maintain communication with regional directors and stores via intranet.
- Monitor and implement action plans to achieve sales and margin objectives, ensuring budget compliance.
- Facilitate coordination between animation and supply teams to optimize in-store execution of animation plans.
- Contribute to new product launches, collaborating with European and French teams and selective brands.
- Work closely with the Business Partner team to anticipate, alert, and propose corrective actions on key levers.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and excellent analytical skills.
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous with a strong numerical aptitude.
- Prior experience in operational marketing or category management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Organizational and multitasking capabilities.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position is required, with a background in operational marketing or category management.
