- Define and implement operational marketing strategy for the makeup category.
- Manage a portfolio of brands across all distribution channels.
- Analyze performance of the store, brands, segments, and new products.
- Coordinate trade network plans and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Optimize digital visibility and manage web strategy implementation.
- Participate in the launch plan for new products within the brand portfolio.
- Manage promotional operations and communicate with regional directors and stores.
- Implement and monitor action plans and budget adherence.
- Facilitate coordination between Animation, Purchasing, and Supply teams.
- Contribute to new product launches and collaborate with European and French teams.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar position with experience in operational marketing.
