Sephora Category Manager

- Lead the category's performance across sales, margin, stock, market share, and growth, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies that balance profitability, customer satisfaction, and brand equity.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities through analysis of market trends and customer behaviors.
- Partner with global category teams to localize brand strategies and define optimal assortment mixes.
- Lead merchandising updates and store layouts to enhance customer experience.
- Establish price positioning and design promotion plans to maximize ROI.
- Define and coordinate marketing plans for key launches and build strong supplier partnerships.
- Conduct regular business reviews and collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Leverage shopper insights and market research to inform strategy and optimize execution.
- Work closely with digital sales teams to ensure consistency across physical and digital platforms.
- Lead global initiatives on productivity and assortment optimization.
- Strong academic foundation with 10+ years of leadership experience in category management.
- Fluency in English; French proficiency is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Exceptional analytical skills and commercial insight.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and implement transformative improvements.
- Skilled at synthesizing complex information and communicating clearly across diverse functions.
A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in category management, with a focus on driving growth and innovation.
