Sephora Category Manager - Fragrance

- Develop and implement the acceleration strategy for the fragrance brand portfolio in the EME region.
- Analyze market trends and set strategic priorities to enhance brand differentiation and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with Global Offer teams to align with international strategies and construct category differentiation.
- Manage brand portfolio to maximize sales, ensure profitability, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Communicate strategy effectively to 21 markets and monitor execution of brand portfolio initiatives.
- Develop and express brands on and offline through unique Sephora concepts and plans.
- Identify and nurture new brands to enhance Sephora's image as a category destination.
- Optimize assortment and track monthly budgets for all brands in the portfolio.
- Provide recommendations for product discontinuation and manage end-of-life processes.
- Participate in pricing and discount strategies in coordination with RGM.
- Forecast new product launches at the regional level.
- Manage cross-functional projects to maximize category visibility and performance.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or digital marketing, with a strong understanding of the fragrance category.
- University or business school education.
- Fluency in English with an international profile.
- Organizational leadership and rigor
- Proactivity and action-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
