Sephora Category Manager

- Manage assortment and product lifecycle for a defined area in both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce.
- Oversee supplier relationships, including business meetings, reviews, and joint opportunity definitions.
- Continuously monitor and analyze market, supplier, and brand/product performances as well as budget.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of existing and new floorplans for planning and actions.
- Handle merchandising updates/orders, including localization and delivery for store openings.
- Monitor and improve processes with merchandising suppliers and maximize opportunities within the network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key category stakeholders at HQ and other departments.
- Collaborate across departments for marketing, visual merchandising, sales goals, CRM, and digital initiatives during brand launches.
- Minimum 3 years in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of category management, marketing, and sales principles.
- Understanding of data analysis and calculation methods.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Analytical mind with strategic ability.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to work in an agile and flexible environment.
