Sephora Category Management Manager

- Manage brand relationships and negotiate trading terms.
- Coordinate and maintain brand agreements and renewals.
- Develop annual brand plans including product launch calendars and sales targets.
- Plan and execute brand/product launch plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics to assess brand performance and optimize product assortment.
- Collaborate with brands on assortment planning for omni-channel distribution.
- Monitor and measure brand performance against sales and profitability benchmarks.
- Work with supply chain to manage stock levels and meet stockholding KPIs.
- Track and report on category performance and execute category strategies.
- Minimum 8 years of account/brand management experience, ideally in the beauty/fashion industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence.
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented.
- Demonstrated teamwork and high level of initiative.
- Ability to work and lead cross-functionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Minimum 8 years of account/brand management experience, ideally in the beauty/fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing.
