- Manage brand relationships and negotiate trading terms.
- Develop and execute annual brand plans, including product launch calendars and sales targets.
- Coordinate and maintain brand agreements and renewals.
- Plan and execute brand/product launch plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics to optimize product assortment and enhance sales.
- Monitor and measure brand performance against sales and profitability benchmarks.
- Collaborate with supply chain to manage stock levels and meet stockholding KPIs.
- Track and report on omni-channel category performance and implement category strategies.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Account/Brand Management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues effectively.
A minimum of 8 years in Account or Brand Management, ideally within the beauty or fashion industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
