Sephora Category Management Intern

- Generate and deliver timely category and brand reports.
- Collaborate with category managers to strategize and implement category projects.
- Support the team in executing major projects such as Biannual Pricing Review and Market Week Review.
- Assist in exclusive brand management to drive sales and maintain market share.
- Conduct key category analysis projects to aid strategic decision-making.
- Participate in designing Sephora's foundation strategy using the MCIQ shade matching device.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- Innovative and creative mindset with a focus on improving commercial outcomes.
- Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in category management and the beauty industry is advantageous.
