Sephora Category Management Executive

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand partners to maximize strategic and profitable business opportunities.
- Assist in the development and execution of category and business strategies.
- Manage brand onboarding, report generation, planogram, and data management.
- Conduct weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reviews to identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
- Prepare and analyze sales figures for brand distribution and performance reviews.
- Plan, forecast, implement, and review new product launches relevant to the local market.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful brand and SKU launches.
- Support brand acquisition and onboarding through distribution agreements and regulatory processes.
- Manage the newness launch process and promotion activities through brand portals.
- Analyze local and international markets to identify trends and monitor competitors.
- Ensure accurate execution of in-store animations and thematic campaigns with the visual merchandising department.
- Maintain data integrity through product database, price management, and terms and conditions.
- Manage onsite maintenance of publishing banners, videos, and copy with the Category Coordinator.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account or Brand Management, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong business acumen and retail experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Vlookup and Pivot Tables.
- Interest in beauty industry trends and styles.
- Experience in a buying environment.
- Strong relationship management skills both internally and externally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Account or Brand Management within the beauty industry.
