Sephora Category Executive

- Oversee vendor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
- Coordinate and implement multi-brand category strategy and action plan with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain full responsibility for KPIs including sales, margin, inventory, market share, and growth.
- Participate in the budget process and monitor sales and margin realization.
- Manage exclusive brand portfolios and ensure efficient store layouts.
- Lead transversal projects for brand productivity and assortment optimization.
- Manage omni-channel trade plans, including product and POS orders, and local adaptations.
- Collaborate with the Europe Catman team to provide feedback and propose action plans.
- Support stores by identifying problems and providing corporate solutions.
- Identify opportunities for sales and margin development.
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in Category Management.
- Strong knowledge of multi-brand and omni-channel category strategies.
- Experience in managing exclusive brand portfolios.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and commercial acumen.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate effectively.
- Fluent in English; French is a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in Category Management, with a focus on multi-brand and omni-channel strategies.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
