1. Supervise the management of brand portfolios and strategic projects for the fragrance category in France.
2. Define and implement category strategy in collaboration with the European zone, covering assortment, merchandising, promotion, communication, and pricing.
3. Lead cross-functional projects and ensure 360° management by coordinating internal services and brands.
4. Manage and develop a team of category managers for both retail and e-commerce.
5. Define financial and strategic objectives for the category.
6. Coordinate the implementation of category strategy in physical stores and e-commerce.
7. Select and define product offerings in collaboration with the European zone.
8. Conduct market trend analysis and competitive analysis.
9. Develop and deploy commercial plans, including forecasts and promotional strategies.
10. Ensure stock quality, availability, and proper supply management.
11. Optimize and analyze brand performance and propose corrective plans.
