- Serve as the subject matter expert in skincare, contributing to the development of educational content and training materials.
- Collaborate with brand partners and merchants to enhance skincare knowledge and selling behaviors.
- Design and curate innovative learning solutions to address organizational needs in skincare.
- Manage tracking and reporting for skincare, brand, and product exposures.
- Act as the point person for recurring brand programs and maintain skincare team records.
- 2-5 years of experience in content creation and education, preferably in skincare.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Expertise in skincare and product knowledge.
- Proficiency in instructional design and curriculum development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
2-5 years of experience in supporting and building educational content, ideally within the skincare industry.
The annual base salary range for this position is $86,955.00 - $97,185.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
