1. Oversee the launch of skincare and haircare product categories.
2. Develop forecasts for brand and product launches.
3. Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
4. Identify improvements for the website and app.
5. Create and monitor key performance indicators for online retail, category performance, and product channels.
6. Prepare sales, margin, and market share analysis reports.
7. Develop strategic actions in collaboration with trade, media, and channel teams for e-commerce commercial calendar.
8. Provide insights to the commercial planning team on key moments and focus products to enhance company results.
9. Monitor competition and conduct market studies.
10. Curate product lists and manage Product Detail Page creation and updates.

1. Bachelor's degree completed.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty and fashion segments.
3. Intermediate English proficiency.

1. Knowledge in product page optimization and purchasing.
2. Experience in e-commerce, marketing, or merchandising.
3. Proficiency in brand/product launch management.
4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Organizational skills with attention to detail.
6. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty and fashion segments.
