Sephora Catalog Specialist

- Serve as the primary liaison for a dedicated portfolio of brands, managing their online catalog.
- Collaborate with brands to collect new product content and ensure timely online launches.
- Advise brands on enriching product pages with high-value content, adhering to Sephora's e-commerce guidelines.
- Ensure product descriptions are accurately translated and legally validated, maintaining high standards across all platforms.
- Provide weekly updates on launch planning, including product launches, delays, and alerts.
- Regularly optimize filters and categorization to maintain a clean database.
- Collaborate with brands to create, update, and optimize brand spaces for new releases and seasonal changes.
- Continuously update guidelines for product pages to enhance quality and compliance.
- Actively contribute to the implementation and development of internal digital projects.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of internal tools and processes.
- Coordinate product page optimization projects and conduct post-project assessments.
- Coordinate and implement online sales support tools with brands and internal teams.
- Support a dedicated country in managing its assortment during key periods of the year.
- Ensure local teams have the necessary support to fulfill their central catalog missions.
- Degree in Business, Digital, Communication, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within e-commerce or digital marketing.
- Excellent product sense and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, and organized approach.
- Proficiency in Excel and CMS; familiarity with PIM (Akeneo) and SFCC (Demandware) is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; an additional European language is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role within e-commerce or digital marketing is required.
Degree in Business, Digital, Communication, or a related field.
