1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist in stockroom upkeep.
5. Execute daily cashier operations, including opening and closing procedures, and communicate supply needs to the supervisor.
6. Participate in training sessions and assist in onboarding new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Strong customer service and communication skills.
2. Logical reasoning and organizational abilities.
3. Basic computer literacy is desirable.

Previous experience as a cashier is preferred but not mandatory.
