1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as per Sephora standards.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
3. Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including gift wrapping.
4. Handle returns and exchanges positively.
5. Engage customers in appropriate conversations during transactions.
6. Provide basic store and product information to customers as needed.
7. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
9. Assist in maintaining backstage standards, including stock and storage areas.
10. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures diligently.
11. Participate in inventory control and supply management.
12. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
13. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
14. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service standards.
15. Perform daily cashier and operational functions, including returns, exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, and opening and closing procedures.
16. Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and seek additional training as needed.
17. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer skills are desirable.
