1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
4. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
5. Provide basic store and product information as needed.
6. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
8. Assist in maintaining backstage standards including stock, lockers, kitchen, and restrooms.
9. Execute daily cashier and operational functions such as returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, and opening/closing procedures.
10. Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules and assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

3. Basic computer knowledge.
4. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems.

Previous cashier experience is desirable but not mandatory.
