1. Adhere to all Sephora customer service policies and procedures.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm in accordance with Sephora's service standards.
3. Recognize and respect the contributions of team members.
4. Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
5. Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including gift wrapping.
6. Handle returns and exchanges positively.
7. Engage customers in appropriate conversations during transactions.
8. Provide basic store and product information as needed.
9. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
10. Participate as a productive and motivated member of the store team.
11. Follow LVMH's code of ethics and conduct.
12. Maintain awareness of Sephora's product display concepts.
13. Ensure cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
14. Assist in maintaining backstage standards: stock, lockers, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.
15. Execute and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures.
16. Strive for excellence in assigned areas.
17. Participate in supply control (packaging, bags, gifts, labels, etc.).
18. Quickly and accurately complete all necessary tasks for the assigned role in the store.
19. Contribute to maintaining store safety standards.
20. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
21. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
22. Stay informed about special events and merchandise promotions in the store.
23. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
24. Perform daily cashier and operational functions: returns/exchanges, supply needs communication, price adjustments, opening and closing procedures, employee transactions, appropriate product packaging.
25. Complete all My Sephora Learning Trainings.
26. Seek additional training when necessary.
27. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Experience with cash handling is desirable.
4. Basic computer knowledge is desirable.

Previous cashier experience is desirable.
