- Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including gift wrapping.
- Handle returns and exchanges positively and professionally.
- Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
- Provide basic store and product information as needed.
- Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cash register area.
- Assist in maintaining backstage standards including stock and storage areas.
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures diligently.
- Communicate supply needs to the Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service standards.
- Perform daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
Previous cashier experience is preferred but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
