1. Adhere to all Sephora customer service policies and procedures.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Accurately and efficiently process transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
4. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
5. Provide basic store and product information to customers as needed.
6. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
8. Assist in maintaining backstage standards, including stock, lockers, kitchen, and restrooms.
9. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with precision.
10. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
11. Ensure compliance with sample policies and procedures.
12. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
13. Complete daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer skills are desirable.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
