- Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
- Greet and assist all customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Recognize and respect the contributions of colleagues, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
- Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions and provide basic store and product information.
- Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist in the upkeep of backstage standards.
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures, striving for excellence in all operational tasks.
- Communicate supply needs to the Supervisor and ensure compliance with sample policies.
- Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
- Complete all My Sephora Learning training and assist in training new cashiers.
- Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Logical reasoning.
- Basic computer literacy is desirable.
