1. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures as outlined by Sephora.
2. Greet and assist all customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
3. Recognize and respect the contributions of colleagues, fostering a collaborative work environment.
4. Accurately and efficiently complete transactions, including gift wrapping and handling returns/exchanges.
5. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions and provide basic store and product information.
6. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area and assist in the upkeep of backstage standards.
8. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures, striving for excellence in all operational tasks.
9. Communicate supply needs to the Supervisor and ensure compliance with sample policies.
10. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service and standards.
11. Complete all My Sephora Learning training and assist in training new cashiers.

1. Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer literacy is desirable.
