1. Adhere to all Sephora customer service policies and procedures.
2. Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
3. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently, including gift wrapping.
4. Handle returns and exchanges positively.
5. Engage customers in appropriate conversation during transactions.
6. Provide basic store and product information as needed.
7. Encourage customer participation in satisfaction surveys.
8. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier area.
9. Assist in maintaining backstage standards, including stock and facilities.
10. Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with precision.
11. Contribute to store safety standards.
12. Communicate area needs to the Supervisor.
13. Ensure compliance with sample policies.
14. Assist in reducing company expenses without compromising service standards.
15. Perform daily cashier and operational functions, including opening and closing procedures.
16. Complete all My Sephora Learning training modules.
17. Assist in training new cashiers.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

1. Customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
2. Logical reasoning.
3. Basic computer skills (desirable).

Previous experience as a cashier is desirable.
